Sacramento County Jail Inmate Email
The Sacramento County Jail inmates now have the opportunity to send and receive emails. This new program was launched on October 1, 2018 and is available to all inmates who have an account with Corrlinks.
In order to send or receive an email, the inmate must have an approved family member or friend on the approved list. The email will then be printed out and delivered to the inmate by a correctional officer.
There is a fee of $0.45 for each email that is sent, and the inmate is limited to sending one email per day. There is no limit to the number of emails that can be received.
The Sacramento County Jail is the first jail in California to offer this service.
